You've spent a
lifetime playing a role
You've spent your life holding it together. Being the caretaker, the peacekeeper, the responsible one. The fixer who rescues everyone. The invisible one who learned to be small. The scapegoat who carried blame that wasn't yours.

These intelligent roles kept you safe once. They helped you survive, belong, and feel connected. Now they're keeping you stuck, anxious, burnt- out, and resentful.

You don't have to keep playing the role.

How I Support My Clients
I'm very passionate about helping people to see that they make sense and are not broken. I'll help you to understand your behaviours, quirks and whatever else you think makes you flawed or weird, through the lense of neuroscience, psychology and attachment theory.
Things will click! My clients often say "It just makes so much sense now!" It is a real delight to see their shoulders drop, the awe and relief.

The most important thing to me is that you feel safe and therapy feels tolerable. My approach is relational, trauma informed and culuturally responsive - meaning, I'll be attuning and checking in with you to see how the pacing feels. You have agency in our work together. The whole point, is that you learn that you can trust yourself, and confidently assert your needs and slowly build your capacity for appropiate stress.
My Approach
I won't get too clinical here. My training is humanistic. In plain English: you're not broken or disordered, you're a whole person trying to make sense of your life.

Growth is natural. Given the right conditions (safety, acceptance, empathy), people naturally move toward healing. Bottom line: it's therapy that treats you like a human, not a problem to solve.

My approach has since evolved with continued training to meet the complexity of the human experience. Humbly, the more I know, the more I realize how much more there is to learn.

I am relational, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive. I believe healing happens in relationship, one where you don't have to perform, please, manage my emotions, or be "good."

There is no one-size-fits-all. Our work together will be collaborative. I won't just sit there and silently nod at you, only asking "And how does that make you feel?"
