A Bit About Me
It might be helpful for you to know that I came from a socioeconomical and cultural background that says "Our people don't go to therapy"
Therapy never crossed my mind. Actually, asking for help never occured to me. So I understand all the hesitation, reservation and resistance that exists. The majority of that first experience of therapy was overcoming the shame of even needing that kind of help, and the shame of talking about my family.

It was the beginning of a journey emerging from a sea of confusion and being able to name what I felt and saw but didn't understand. It's led to a lifelong journey of dedication of coming home to myself.

Therapy can be a dedicated space for you to finally intentionally connect with yourself and discover the capacity and tools to navigate life, because school certainly never taught us how.
